Re the request for a restraining order, can't blame them for trying. Just glad the Judge was wise enough to deny it.

Re the DIP financing possibility, might be part of a deal for a prepackaged BK, but the key for us in such a deal is not the banks, but knowing what the bond holders get.

BTW, hints of a prepackaged BK could mean that not enough of the banks are willing to refi at a large enough size. If they refi and take the assets as collateral, their liens would be tossed out if the company went BK soon after anyway. DIP financing gets around this by getting court approval for granting the liens.
