piling on More insightful comments from the analysts? No, I think the market already adjusted for the premium that Veeco is paying. They would be more interested at $15 and so would every Tom Dick and Harry. This 3D metrology stuff looks like just a bunch of 2d slices added together. They need to come up with 4d.
