Partly subscriptions, partly ads, I believe. The thing it has going for it, monetarily-wise, is that it's a pretty mom n' pop operation, with extremely low overhead. On the other hand, small operations have limited access to cash, etc. So...

You mean the header post at the top of each thread? It can, at least for members, just by clicking on "Hide Board Info."
why there's no ignore button
Bob has this weird thing against "Ignore," but he's agreed to implement it (in some form or another) anyway, at our insistence. It'll take a few weeks though, he says. We'll see.
All-in-all, I'd rather stay here, because I miss our dysfunctional little cyber-family. ): |
