i'm guessing a formal declaration of martial law. informally we've already got it along with the informal war and the informal clean up of wall street and the informal cool guy stuff like wearing cowboy hats to state dinners and the informal irs audits of the enemies list and and and and, all informally approved by the congress and the 4th estate.
