Nope...it isn't. Considering the misstatements and mismanagement occurred during the previous admin. Of course, does that make it Clinton's fault? I'd love to say it does, just because it's guilt by association. But even that is too partisan for my tastes. Unfortunately, Bush inherited a very sick economy.
