No, I am 100% certain that they won't. Why?

1. Because their reports already show income statements with the impact of option grants.

2. Because Coke isn't going to restate anything.

3. Because Congress isn't requiring anyone to do anything in this respect.

Restating might actually help. Why? Because it would show considerable GROWTH in MSFT earnings in the future compared to the past couple of years where the BUBBLE increases in the option values would have an out of proportion effect on income.
