The right wing fanatics' references to Clinton so long after his relevance has ceased serves 2 purposes. First as a diversionary ploy to distract attention away from the real failings, criminal history and totalitarian approach to goverment of the currently relevant administration. Second, the fanatics are obviously in denial and need Clinton to continue their own blindness.
