In the last two years the apprised values were up above 20% each year, and most values were capped at 10% in accord of law. Even local "statistics" shows 10-11%/y increase in collected property taxes, which are eventually based on home sales information: window.state.tx.us Or just do your own research, pick something from traviscad.org I am sorry, but your "1.08%" is so absurd, I just LOL. - Ali
