More false statements. The SEC disagreed with the Harken interpretation and Harken simply agreed to restate. That is not fraud, that is a difference of opinion. In that the SEC did not fine or sanction Harken also demonstrates there was no fraud existed.

You assertion the their was bogus subsidiary purchase is false. The foundations of all your assertions are based upon your declarations.
The typical Mark Anderson perception and method of judgement.

"I dont give a shit what the SEC thinks or does"
Mark Anderson feels free declare...
#reply-17725295 I see no defense of the fraudulent subsidiary purchase.

These bias and false posts above follow directly from..
#reply-17724825 I was referring to BUSH. He's hardly in a position to make a moral high stand for corporate ethics.

Based on all I know PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH is an honest honorable man with every right to
make a moral high stand for corporate ethics.

But biased Mark Anderson says....
Mark Anderson feels free declare...
#reply-17725295 I see no defense of the fraudulent subsidiary purchase.

"I'll be honest. I dont like the whole family."

Slander and attack and smear innuendo based only upon
"I'll be honest. I dont like the whole family." and "I dont give a shit what the SEC thinks or does" and I see no defense of the fraudulent subsidiary purchase.

There was no fraudulent subsidiary purchase. Mark Anderson does dislike PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH enough to declare he is guity of being involved in a fraudulent subsidiary purchase and I dont give a shit what the SEC thinks or does because "I'll be honest. I dont like the whole family."

So lets have some of Mark Anderson's "Pure partisanism cloaked in self righteous pseudo patriotism."

And I call it hate and unAmerican for anyone to slander PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH or anyone because they don't like them and ignore the facts of the public record.
