Per your post, ass-uming your posts on this board are nothing more than your opinion based on old news, old SEC reports and the like, you are basically saying you are nothing more than a cut and paste artist, i.e., someone with no knowledge, no ideas of his/her own, etc.
It's a good defense. Whether it ultimately prevails will be up to others to determine.
Remember - ignorance of the law is no excuse.
BTW - as this is OT, you may wish to have some consideration for other readers, if any, and post some more old news or BWAAAHAHAHA's.
Why don't you start a new guru wanna bee thread and restrict access to all but your Associates? You could title it,"I'm always right, I'm never wrong. My stock picks are all my own work.
