Harvey, thanks, I guess it's not really news. I'll be able to read that article in a half hour when my registration gets activated... What's up with FRAM and smart cards? Has Ramtron said what needs to happen for FRAM to find major use? Is the memory on the same chip with the logic? I would guess that EEPROMs are the memory being used nowadays and probably it's on-chip. I would also aver that if the memory is on-chip, it's a tough row to hoe for FRAM.
