Best we seem to be getting from our illustrious FCC Chairman is to drop hints that perhaps a Baby Bell should buy Worldcom.

Seems that Bush administration strategy is to sit back and pontificate about how rosy the economy is, while firestorms burn (not unlike fiddling while Rome burned).
