The only thing you need to know about Lora is:

Every Bad Rumor Came True, Every Good Rumor Never Panned Out.

All the professions I have talked to recently said they are out of Loral, but they don't recommend selling here. They all fell we will see 1.00 - 1.25 again before it heads lower and that would be a good time to get out.

In addition, all my contacts tell me that BLS is standing in the way of any deals that would be beneficial to shareholders. It will be his way or nothing. Essentially a scorched earth policy. The only way we will see $3 again is if BLS is removed.
