It all depends on your definition of "earning". Care to estimate if the stock buyback has to be restated as labor expense, in some new definition of earnings?

Sounds to me like a lot of people want to throw the baby out with the bathwater. Yes, there are some companies out there that have robbed shareholders, employees, and everyone else blind, but why is there suddenly a crusade to punish companies that actually follow the rules?
