Apparently you've been looking into it. They key to a weak market is when the number of listings expands and the days on the market expand. If you had access to the MLS you could see that. In a market like this you get a lot of dreamers that will put their house on the market at a high price so see if they can find a "sucker". You have to look at actually home sales to see what's really going on. Trouble is is that this data is old. If you look at tax records it's really old. Jim
