"Nope" what? I read English quite well, and you haven't answered my question yet. You took a contradictory position, said Bush violating securities law was 'commonly done' (implying you were OK with it... like the President's spokesman said: 'like speeding'), then you said you didn't approve of law breaking. So, do you support his breaking the law (in which case, I gave you a choice of other commonly ignored laws to choose from, and which you might be OK with their breaking), or do you not? If you avoid answering again, I'll just assume you prefer to pick and choose which laws to break.
