The explanation of what was done was not some endless series of shell companies. Also there seems to be an absence of any other questions about Harken insiders trading stock

Harken's outside auditors, Arthur Andersen LLP, approved the
company's annual report to the SEC as a fair presentation of Harken's financial position.
