No it ain't..They did not place living people into Lebanese Bundustans-slumps (neither did Jordanians) It is squarely On Arab Consciness... As for solution, that has been floated for years..Exchange Confiscated/appropriated Jewish property in Middle East and Give it to Refugee Descendants in slumps....Any ultimate solution would require "Champions" for Palestinian Rights, to recognise stolen Jewish property All over Arab Lands and Iran...(500,000 people came to Israel from Middle Eastern countries with nothing)
