Tenchusatsu, for all of Ray's hypercritical remarks, the Clinton administration was smart. They did the war in Kosovo under the auspices of the UN. Thus, not one single nation was held accountable even though we played a big role.

In Afghanistan, we are the big kahuna and the buck literally stops with us, and not the UN. Over time, you all will grow to understand how the Clinton administration was much more clever than Mr. Bush and company will ever be. That, too, will be about the time Mr.Bush fails to get reelected.

You have to be pretty adept at running a country as complex as this one. Unfortunately, that takes a brain and Mr. Bush may have forgotten to ask for one from the wizard.
