No, because the NDX did not. Take a look at the NDX chart of the last 5 days. It will blow your mind.

NDX low is at 950 then 945 and today 955. Looks like a good round number to me for a nice rally.

For the DOW, draw a trend line from the Aug 98 DOW low, to the Sep 2001 low. Where does it intersect today's low? (DRAW THE CHART!) I warned everyone early on here today about it.
