Oh yes, let us PLEASE hold Clinton/Gore/Rubin accountable...the Safe Harbors act was passed in 1995 on their watch, the LTCM bailout was on their watch, and the I-Nut bubble collapsed of its own weight on their watch. Whatever Shrub had going at Harken Energy (and Cheney at Halliburton) was less than a footnote to the negligence that occurred under Bubba, no question about it.
