At that time the baby boomers will expect their retirement income from their pension plans and 401k's, or sooner... in fact, just about any time between now and then..... it won't be pretty, but these markets are only the half of it... by the time the DOW approaches 4000, the real estate market will begin its slide as well... when these baby boomers want to sell their large family homes and move into something smaller, who will buy their big homes? No one will have the money, and they'll be on the block for half price..... GZ
