In any system there is some level of dependency on trust. No checks and balances are perfect. Checks and balances are attempts to guard against individual(s) corruption. Sufficient corruption will defeat checks and balances. All checks and balances are reduced to rules of events or visual cues. Cunning or ingenious stupidity creates expected visual cues and the system is compromised by intent or dumb luck or simple human error. Just as the chaos of nature makes impossible predicting exactly where it will rain and when it will start, the chaos of random human activity and thinking and desires make impossible prediction of all possibilities and thus all systems theory cannot define all the equations and all the constants. It can predict probabilities of only the identified possibilities. So as I said.... Learn what Sacred Honor means and then use simple tests. Every correct judgement I make of others can be tested against. I will judge others as I will judge myself. I will make assumptions about others as I wish them to make assumptions about me. Else be a vacant liberal minded lefty loon with tendencies to smear monger.
