Getting a complete response letter is a serious event. You were one of those who thought that the FDA gave BGEN a complete response to their BLA. Only after some time did you admit that it was BGEN that was obligated to provide a response to the FDA that was complete in every way. I did not know until Flu Mist that there was a possibility that another request for a complete response could be made after the first one was replied to.

The Amevive saga is not yet over, and of course the Xanelim saga has just begun. I do not know when the FDA will receive the complete response from BGEN, nor do I know when they will respond to BGEN, nor do I know that they will not simply ask for another complete response.
