ESIO Electro Scientific cut to Hold at UBS -- $20 target (22.87) UBS Warburg downgrades to HOLD from Strong Buy following earnings. Although EPS exceeded consensus, ongoing improvements will be slower than recoveries in the previous cycles, leading firm to reduce estimates. CY02 goes to ($0.03) from $0.09 and CY03 to $1.00 from $1.72. Price target cut to $20.
