You can't make that claim. No evidence. Facts against your allegation. So, if I made some outrageous charge of illegality on your part, and there was no evidence to support it and in fact there was plenty of exculpatory evidence and facts but no clear "ace" that totally exonerated you, you'd be OK with people constantly repeating those unproven charges with the clear implication that you were guilty and "got away with something"? Yes or no?
