Hi Don,
I have been studying bull/bear psychology for years now and have an thought. It seems to me smugness is a result of being insulated from views other than ones own. Bears hang with bears and will look at the dollar decline for instance and say 1100 nasdaq. When an alternate view is stated, they smugly laugh. I know this because i did this as a bull. So how smug are they now? They are in the pre-market arguing with the tape which showed a bottom had been set(i hope). They will be in early driving prices down thru shorting. I am hoping for a rally after this is done. Unless the world is coming to an end and please let me know if it is, I think we will at least get a rally in here even if the bear continues later on. mike
