well i did read a but further and there are significant gains in there from debt they retired but there are also charges for a subsidiary that went bankrupt, not sure how much more they would have in charges from that since it is now BK....it still looks like a very good report, imagine if they released these numbers in a bull market, the stock would have opened at 15 <g> carl
