Excellent post. That is my feeling too, that this is like the period of the early 90s. The recovery off that recession was slow to begin, but it built the foundation for a long-lasting recovery.

I expect the Federal Reserve will be slow to raise rates and after a while investors may question whether those juicy T-Bill rates in the low single digits and taxed as ordinary income really are superior to investing in stocks. Then you'll see the flood back to the market and the fear of today will be long forgotten.
