i don't know, i think the potential for CEO/CFO/whoever abuse is always there, i find it hard to believe that we have seen the last of the bogus accounting

i do agree that it would be a mistake to overreact, someone said on CNBC yesterday afternoon that new rules won't really hurt the criminals, they will just be a burden to the ones who do things right....so very true
