Iverson, Uncle Turn Themselves In

Philadelphia -- The uncle of NBA star Allen Iverson has turned himself in to Philadelphia police, to face the same charges as his nephew. Gregory Iverson's lawyer says his client intends to plead innocent.

Allen Iverson also plans to plead innocent.

Both men turned themselves in early Tuesday on charges that they barged into an apartment and threatened two people inside.

Police say Allen Iverson was looking for his wife, with whom he had gotten into an argument earlier. They say he was carrying a handgun.

Philadelphia's police commissioner says the NBA star will be held until at least late afternoon. He says Iverson is being held separately from other prisoners, but won't get any other special attention
