Yes, the option plan will dilute the stock by 20% if the stock goes to $12+ per share. IMO it is flawed. If anyone is interested in the details the opposing view is at netwisp.com LVLT's response is at: rockymountainnews.com If the stock drops to under 4 or they go BK then its a non issue. As far as BK, I'm just not sure yet. At this point I doubt it, but I could change my mind after the earnings release and CC on the 18th.
