Lockup commitments are rendered moot if the offering doesn't go through. No big deal.

I have been writing on other threads that Bush needs to urge that all files relating to this Harken issue be opened to public scrutiny. We had enough of "I'm innocent but you don't need to see the documents" during the past few years.
