This is a stupid response, or you are trying to trick people.
First of all.
The LVLT Fast E is only for a physical connection and you are forced to get it at a Level 3 facility. Call Level 3 and ask; they will tell you. It does not include any bandwidth at all. It is only the connection. On top of the Fast E $1350 charge you need to pay the bandwidth prices I had already mentioned. This puts Level 3 prices at an even higher cost point than before. Basically, what you have indicated is that on top of the fact that Level 3's prices are 95% higher (in other words 1850% higher), their customers would need to pay additional fees for the Fast E connection first, and in their facility.

Secondly your stated link and prices are NOT cogent's. Next time, please try not to look lame and do your homework first. That URL you provided compares T1, T3, and OC3 monthly cost to Cogent's monthly cost for a 1000Mbps, which is only $10/Mbps.

I have been comparing apples to apples, and I know the differences.

Now, I remember why I don't bother posting things, because I get deceitful and warped answers from little players trying to incorrectly guide buyers.
