I have been waiting to see the advancing NYSE volume take the lead on the declining volume and bury the ARMs well below 1 today. We have had some hints but no real decisions. I think we will need at least one day of that to prove we are making a bottom. If big tech loses its steam before we get that action, I would be concerned.
