Hello Cadaver,

It seems to me that there will be a rally and it will fizzle out - time to short. More specifically to around 1100 or 1200. With the wekaer stocks (SHVA, IOMG) this should be a pretty clear opportunity for shorting. SHVA theoretically (if you calculate a percentage up to the last peak) could rebound to 80. But I get the feeling it has the wind out of its sails now. IOMG also.

USRX may be a bit more resilient and could rally to 80 or 82 before coming back to fill in 60 to 70. I'm not to keen to short USRX - it is in a different league from SHVA - but if it powered up on moderate volume to 80 something I'd be very tempted.

Personally, I will find it hard for the bulls to go back to business as usual right now. Too many folks ready to sell into a rally.

As for the Motley Fool denunciation of bears - a good counter indicator still. Boy, I'd get nervous if everyone thought as I do!

Right now I have NO idea what constitutes a good long or call. NO feeling for it whatsoever so I probably will be 80% cash in the next day or 2. But I think I can see a short coming. AMTX might jump to 15.5, but it could go to 13 and fizzle out, too. I don't have a clue, but I agree there should be some bounce.

What do you think?

Good luck
