OT: We are there... Just received this message from a commercial real estate agent: We now have over 60 million square feet on the market which is a historical high. This exceeds 20% of the entire building base in Silicon Valley! That is one of the key indicators I thought we would have to get to. The other is the unemployment rate (in the valley) which is near historical high (percentage wise). I therefore conclude we are at the tech bottom. Now to dig out. JMHO -Own
