GZ, With respect..... I disagree with your premise that the baby boomer generation will end its life in poverty. The progressive cycle that began in the late 40s has created and distributed more wealth to more people on a greater percentage scale then any time in the worlds written history. This push is not yet over, but will change priorities. The activity within that cycle as characterized by the Nasdaq and recent corporate greed is nothing new, and in-and-of it self is not representative of this countries people and their ethical working standards. This American Republic of States has survived numerous economic shams similar to the one we've witnessed and traded. This generation will respond according to their nascent spiritual integrity and continue to provide the driving force in this world for equal economic participation for everyone. That energy which brought the struggle for racial and economic equality and extended a hand to those many millions who had nothing is not completed..., and will not dissolve with the Nasdaq. The next step for this country will be more magnificent then any taken before and this new commitment will reach out even further to the less fortunate of our world then we have seen to date. New technologies in energy production are just around the corner, which will free us from petroleum producers. The Exxon's of the world are about to become irrelevant. A whole new understanding of food production is also just around the corner..., and it doesn't include bondage to genetically altered gains containing insecticides. The ADM's of the world are about to become irrelevant. Furthermore a whole new sense of demographics, ethical living and quality of living is already beginning to take hold, and with this new trend..., the violence in our media, the anger in the music, and the selfish indulgences will certainly dissipate. Our generation will fund this next expansion, and this extended reaching out will not include McDonalds, Disney or the interests of globalization by huge conglomerates. It is going to be totally different then where we stand today. You and I will see this in our life times. Chip
