Dear Bob: I dont know but they showed a picture of it on T/V today. 24,000 sq ft, private LAGOON, etc etc. Looked pretty finished to me in the quick shot I saw of it. Yes, it MUST be your primary residence to qualify for Homeowners Exemption. jdn
