Mike, I have been reading the very, very long discussion on my favorite thread concerning impolite behavior. I completely back you and am sorry for not responding sooner. Your above statement could be condensed into a line or two and put in the thread header. I know it seems silly to even consider having to state the obvious.
Everyone here likes debate and is encouraged to do so as long as it is civil. Unfortunately some don't quite understand the respectful part. And as Thomas suggested let us leave room for everyone but firmly guide those who write a less civil approach. And there is always the option of ignore.

Remember this is the long hot summer. Tempers are short sometimes, the market sucks, and Tekboy has obviously lost a few marbles with his most recent posts.

And as far as the kissing goes- great way to make up and start anew.
