TP off the 30m charts came in at 3:00pm and took the market lower. No long yet...! And I agree..., still nervous buyers..., and the Bush administration hasn't come out with any confidence building enactments to turn these markets around. The buyers don't trust O'Neil yet either, the guys way over his head.
