Grommit, thanks for FR D. There are two on the board in this one now. I chased from last month and finally threw in the towel at 24.7. Seems to me that this kind of investment is perfect for the markets we are in. I especially like the idea of a specific near term redemption date.

What are your thoughts on something like the AES preferred. Redemption is a long way off but if my logic is correct this issue is extremely well priced.
