No inflation IMO, deflation. Cheap labor worldwide, half the world working for 2 bucks a day. BtoB and the internet created a situation where cheap labor can provide cheap products easily. Price wars ensue, no margin increases, IMO. This is the productivity Dr. Greenie talks about, but he doesn't give the details, IMO. IMHO prices and profits will continue to decline.
