It's a Lab's nature to be exuberant and very energetic.

My sister's Lab, Fonzie, didn't start to loose his puppy exuberance until he was almost 11. I think the AKC calls them "playful and loving people and work."

She needs obedience training. Not to break her spirit but to teach her right from wrong.
