What did Barrett say? At the annual meeting he suggested that Executive options should be expensed but non-executive options should not to avoid penalizing non-executives.

Barrett also revealed a % for executive options at Intel that was quite small from my view. He also added that options are extended a large proportion of employees down to the lower ranks.
