MSFT's books are the cleanest in the business. The stock price won't go up until the bear market ends and/or business spending picks up. This could be quite a while.

As you can tell, I'm not entirely bullish on MSFT's stock price, but I will repeat two things.

1. Weakness in MSFT's stock price is not related to its books as you seem to think.

2. MSFT still has better valuation metrics IN COMPARISON to its peers.
