I would like your take on whether the markets have already fully discounted Bush. Wall Street clearly thinks he is a dope. Do you really think his negative effect is now fully factored in market prices and does that include a potential reelection? I have a hard time factoring in the negative effect of this Adminstration and it's discount value to the markets.
