Not on a percentage basis.

you are trying to compare brand new companies with no earnings who learned the process from MSFT and just started their company up....

to MSFT who has been doing it so long that they have so many new shares that even adding even more new shares to the tune of three or four of these start ups worth of ENTIRE OUTSTANDING SHARES each year....

it now only represents a 30% haircut for MSFT the mature abuser...... whatever.....

Intc's CEO thinks he is going to get away with just expensing 10% of their options, hehehe...... he has no idea what he's starting..... all options are going to be expensed..... he better suck it up now....
