My saying of "immediately bring Nortel to $4.00 " is expected by July 22,2002.

Tomorrow is July 17, so there is a time frame of within or less a week.

If u watch closely enough, INTC will breakout that $20.00 and Nortel will breakout that $2.75. All on the upside.
