It is a reference to the Dna latest Q report in the paragraph about xoma and Xanelim that mentioned the possibility of "contingencies" that will again delay they goal schedule of sending the BLA to the Fda by the end of the year (already delay twice with the break on two promises one for last year Q3/Q4, then this year Q1/Q2)with the corresponding expected marketing delay. Just go back couple of posts and look at the copy of the paragraph. Go to www.gene.com and read the news on Dna last Q report and find the original news item.
